Your uploaded iMessage export is processed once to generate your Replay, then immediately deleted from our servers. We never store, log, or retain your message content.
We use AI with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enabled. This means the AI provider does not store or train on your data. Your messages are processed in memory and discarded.
We only store the generated statistics and insights (not the raw messages), your chosen display names, and your payment information (handled securely by Stripe).
We use cookieless, anonymous analytics to understand product usage (like page flow and button clicks). We do not use ad pixels, we do not identify individual visitors, and we never send message content to analytics tools.
